某粉末冶金建设项目职业病危害预评价

目的识别、分析和评价建设项目可能产生及存在的职业病危害因素，分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响，对拟采取的职业病危害防护技术措施进行分析与评价，确定职业病危害的类别，提出职业病危害的关键控制点。方法采用检查表法、类比法进行综合分析评价。结果该项目可能产生和存在苯、甲苯、二甲苯、钨、钴、金属镍、一氧化碳、二氧化氮、粉尘、噪声等职业病危害因素。该项目属于职业病危害一般的建设项目。结论该建设项目须将各项职业病防护设施和措施落实到位，完善职业卫生管理。从职业卫生角度分析，该建设项目基本可行。

Pre-evaluation of Occupational Disease Hazard in A Construction Project of Powder Metallurgy

Objective To identify possible occupational hazard factors in the construction project, to analyze hazard degree and its influence to workers, to evaluate the effects of control measures and confirm the kind of occupational hazard so as to suggest the key point for occupational hazard control. Methods The comprehensive evaluation was conducted by checking the table and analogism method. Results The main occupational hazard factors that may exist in this project are benzene, toluene, xylene, W, Co, Ni, CO, NO2 noise and dust. This construction project belongs to ordinary occupational hazard construction project. ConclusionAll kinds of occupational hazard prevention measures in this construction project should be taken and occupational health management should be improved. From the point of occupational health, this construction project is feasible
