| 摘 要： | 本文报告61例未治疗过的少菌型麻风用WHO推荐的少菌型麻风方案治疗半年的疗效观察并随访至2年.结果示治疗6个月时病情活动者为邪例(86.9%),不活动指数为0.13,疗后12个月时随访病情活动者21例(34.3%),不活动指数为0.66.有37例随访了两年,活动性病例为3例(8.1%),不活动指数为0.92.表明少菌型麻风用RFP和DDS治疗半年即停止所有扰麻风治疗看来是不适当的,建议在6个月后继续单用DDS治疗2年或直至病情不活动.

| Abstract: | The effects of six months of treatment with rifampicin (RFP) and dapsone (DDS) recommended by WHO in 61 untreated paucibacillary leprosy patients are reported through 2 years follow-up. At the end of six months of treatment, 53 cases (86.9%) remained active with an inactivity index of 0.13, and at the time of 12 months of follow-up, 21 cases (34.3%) were active,with an inactivity index of 0.66. |
