摘    要:目的:测定山羊胸椎连续多节段半侧骨骺加压矫形钉固定即刻脊柱的刚度值,通过生物力学评价矫形钉对固定节段稳定性的影响。方法:6具2~3个月山羊T6-T11新鲜脊柱标本,每具分为正常状态,单钉状态(跨每个椎间隙植入1枚矫形钉),双钉状态(跨每个椎间隙植入2枚矫形钉),先后测试每种状态下,6具标本在左右旋转,左右侧弯,前曲,后伸6个方向上脊柱标本的刚度。结果:在左、右旋转方向上,单钉、双钉状态脊柱的刚度值与正常状态无差别(P〉0.05);在左、右侧弯、前屈、后伸4个方向上,单钉、双钉状态脊柱的刚度值低于正常状态(P〈0.05)。结论:体外实验证明,固定节段脊柱即刻稳定性比正常状态降低。
