| 摘 要： | 目的观察疏肝祛瘀排石汤治疗胆囊切除术后综合征的临床疗效。方法将101例患者随机分为治疗组52例和对照组49例，治疗组服中药疏肝祛瘀排石汤，对照组仅以西药对症治疗，疗程20d。两组分别进行治疗前后对比观察，判定疗效，并进行统计学分析。结果治疗组52例，治愈21例，显效18例，好转9例，无效4例，总有效率为92．3％；对照组49例，治愈13例，显效14例，好转10例，无效12例，总有效率为75．5％。两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论通过中药疏肝祛瘀排石汤治疗胆囊切除术后综合征疗效显著。
