通心络胶囊对糖尿病周围神经病变神经传导速度的干预效应

目的观察通心络对糖尿病周围神经病变（diabetid peripheral neuropathy,DPN）患者神经症状及体征改善的效果和对神经传导速度的影响。方法80例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,随机分为治疗组（常规治疗＋通心络3粒/次,3次/d,30 d为1个疗程）40例;对照组（常规治疗）40例。治疗前后记录症状、体征及神经传导速度等。结果糖尿病周围神经病变患者治疗后各项周围神经传导速度和症状有明显改善,总有效率达92.5%,显著优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论通心络可明显改善周围神经病变患者的神经症状和体征,并能明显提高周围神经传导速度。

Interventional Effect of Tongxinluo Capsule for Conduction Speed of Peripheral Nerve of Diabetes

Objective To observe the interventional effect of tongxinluo capsule for conduction speed and improvement of symptom and signs of diabetic eripheral neuropathy DPN.Methods 80 cases of such patient were divided into two groups(40 cases as therapy group who was used with capsule based on routine therapy and 40 cases as control group with routine therapy).The symptom,sign and conduction speed were recorded.Results The total effective rate was 92.5% with obvious improvement of and conduction speed in therapy group than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion This drug might improve the nervous symptoms and signs as well as improve conduction speed obviously.
