| 摘 要： | 目的观察黑木耳多糖对H22肝癌小鼠的抑瘤率、免疫指数及血清NO含量的影响。方法利用硝酸还原酶法测定小鼠血清NO(nitricoxide,NO)含量。结果黑木耳多糖对H22肝癌小鼠具有抑瘤作用,其抑瘤率可达45.21%,可提高脾指数和胸腺指数及血清NO含量。结论黑木耳多糖具有明显的抑瘤作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the rate of inhibitory effect,immunity index and serum NO of Auricularia auricula polysaccharides on H22 mice.Methods To measure the quality of serum NO by the method of nictric acid reductase.Results Auricularia auricular polysaccharides had antitumour effect on H22 mice.The rate of inhibitory effect attained 45.21%.The immunity index and the quality of serum NO had been enhanced.Conclusion Auricularia auricular polysaccharides have remarkable antitumour effect. |
