手术室噪声对病人生理心理影响及护理

目的]探讨手术室噪声对病人生理心理的影响,并提出相应的护理措施.方法]选择在我院实施非全身麻醉手术病人80例,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组在手术中采取降噪措施,对照组对手术室噪声未加任何控制.比较两组病人的心率、血压、焦虑水平和伤口拆线时间.结果]实验组心率和血压明显低于对照组(P＜0.05);术后实验组和对照组焦虑发生率分别为40.0%和70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),而两组术前焦虑程度无明显差别(P＞0.05);实验组病人伤口拆线时间比对照组明显缩短(P＜0.05).结论]应采取多种措施降低手术室噪声,为病人建立一个安全舒适的治疗环境.

Probe into influence of operation room noise on physiological and psychological functions of patients and nursing care of them

Objective To probe into the influence of operation room noise on physiological and psychological functions of patients,to put forward corresponding nursing strategies.Methods:A total of 80 patients undergoing non-general anesthesia operation in our hospital were selected and divided into test and control group randomly.Patients of test group were taken some measures to lower the noise during operation.And patients of control group were not given any noise controlling measures.The heart rate,blood pressure,anxiety level and incision disconnecting time were compared between both groups.Results:The heart rate and blood pressure of test group cases were lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidences of anxiety in test and control group cases were respectively 40.0% and 70.0% after operation.There was statistical significant difference between them(P<0.05).However,there was no statistical significant difference in terms of the anxiety before operation between the two groups(P>0.05).The incision disconnecting time of test group cases was much shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:One should take various measures to decrease the operation room noise,and create a safe and comfortable treatment environment for patients.
