系统性红斑狼疮50例临床分析

本文总结我院1978年至1984年确诊的50例SLE资料。其中男性8例;女性42例。平均年龄29.8岁。治疗前平均病程11个月,生存病例最长者已有14年, 50例临床和实验室资料表明,除发热、皮肤损害、关节痛、狼疮性肾炎为主要临床表现外,并累及消化、呼吸、循环及神经系统。本组病例治疗以肾上腺皮质素及免疫抑制剂为主,近期好转者86％,死亡6例。对国内外诊断标准的临床应用作了评价。

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 50 CASES OF SYSTEMIC LUPS ERYTHEMATOSUS(SLE)

Clinical and laboratorial data of 50 cases of SLE (8 males, 42 females)were analysed in this paper. The average age of the patients was 29.8 and the average course prior to hospitalization was 11 months, of the survivors the longest survival duration up to now was 14 years. Apart from its characteristical manifestations of fever, skin injury, arthralgia and nephritis the disease may in- vade respiratory, digestive, circulatory and/or nervous systems as well. Treated by corticosteroids and immuno-suppressive drugs, 86% of the patients have got improvement, with only 6 eases failing to survive. The criteria of the diagnosis for SLE clinically adopted at home or abroad wereevaluated.
