| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨131I治疗Graves病(GD)前主要症候群及并发症的临床护理方法.方法:对747例GD患者伴发的主要症候群及并发症在131I治疗前0.5～1个月期间进行治疗与护理,应用评分法比较护理前后的变化和价值.结果:对GD伴发肝功能损害、白细胞减少、低钾麻痹和心动过速及饥饿的患者进行护理和治疗前后分析,GD患者护理、治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(χ2值分别为336.4、187.9、91.8、488.1、635.7,P均＜0.01). 结论:对131I治疗GD病前主要症候群及并发症进行护理,能够减轻患者病情和减少不良后果的发生,对131I治疗 GD具有重要价值.
