| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨社区分层护理干预对急性脑卒中患者生存质量的影响。方法:将110例脑卒中患者随机分为对照组和干预组各55例,对照组采用常规门诊药物治疗和护理,干预组在此基础上采用社区分层护理干预,包括医院护理干预、家庭护理干预及社区护理干预。对两组患者采用神经外科肌力评分和纽芬兰纪念大学幸福感量表(MUN-SH)进行评定,对生存质量采用世界卫生组织制定的生存质量测定量表(WHO-QOL-100)进行比较。结果:干预组患者肌力评分优于对照组,主观幸福感评分、生存质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:社区分层护理干预能够有效地提高脑卒中患者的生存质量。
