内固定联合早期康复疗法治疗胫骨远端骨折的疗效观察

目的：探讨微创解剖钢板内固定术联合早期康复疗法治疗胫骨远端骨折的疗效。方法：入选的70例胫骨远端骨折患者为本院2009年1月～2010年7月住院治疗患者,根据手术方法不同随机分为观察组（微创解剖钢板内固定术联合早期康复疗法治疗）和对照组（行常规切开复位内固定术）各35例,观察比较两组的手术效果。结果：观察组的骨性愈合时间明显缩短,术中出血量少,住院时间短,分别与对照组比较,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。且术后踝关节功能进行评定显示,观察组的优良率达97.1%,明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：内固定联合早期康复疗法治疗胫骨远端骨折疗效可靠,有利于患者疾病的早日康复,值得临床医生予以重视。

Internal fixation with early rehabilitation treatment of distal tibial fractures observed

Objective： To study the anatomy of minimally invasive plate fixation combined therapy of early rehabilitation treatment of distal tibial fractures. Methods： Selected 70 cases of distal tibial fracture patients in our hospital in January 2009 to July 2010 hospitalized patients, according to the different surgical methods were randomly divided into two groups （minimally invasive anatomic plate fixation combined early rehabilitation therapy） and the control group （routine open reduction and internal fixation） of the 35 patients, observed the effect of surgery were compared. The results of the observation group was significantly shorter healing time of bone, less blood loss, shorter hospital stay, respectively, compared with the control between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Complications in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. And function were assessed after ankle showed good observation group 97.1% rate, significantly higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The early rehabilitation of internal fixation of distal tibial fracture treatment efficacy and reliability of the early rehabilitation of patients with the disease, clinicians should be attention.
