| 摘 要： | 目的检测癌基因CXCR4在乳腺癌组织中的表达情况,分析CXCR4与乳腺癌生物学特性的关系。方法应用免疫组化技术EnVision二步法,检测CXCR4在75例乳腺癌患者,38例癌旁正常乳腺组织和良性乳腺增生病变中的表达,分析其与乳腺癌临床病理参数及患者生存期的关系。结果导管内癌和浸润性乳腺癌CXCR4表达与正常及增生组织比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2分别=6.11、30.14,P均<0.05);伴淋巴结转移组CXCR4蛋白的阳性表达率与无淋巴结转移组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.87,P<0.05);63例浸润性乳腺癌患者随访60～84个月,CXCR4表达阴性组和阳性组生存时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CXCR4在乳腺癌的发生、发展、浸润和转移中起一定作用且与患者的生存期相关。
