联合化疗方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤的临床研究

目的：探讨沙利度胺联合VAD方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤（MM）的临床疗效。方法：将59例多发性骨髓瘤患者随机分为对照组28例和观察组31例。对照组采用VAD方案化疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用沙利度胺片,起始量100 mg/d,每晚顿服,此后每隔1周增加50 mg,直至200 mg/d维持6个月。观察两组临床疗效及不良反应。结果：观察组的总有效率为83.9%,与对照组（53.6%）比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组均无明显肝、肾功能损害及骨髓抑制,其他不良反应经对症处理后好转。结论：沙利度胺联合VAD方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤疗效确切,不良反应少,值得在临床上推广应用。

Combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma clinical research

Objective： To explore the clinical effects of thalidomide combined with VAD scheme jointly in treatment of multiple myeloma（MM）.Methods： 59 patients with MM were divided into the control group（28 cases） and the observation group（31 cases）,the control group were treated by VAD chemotherapy,and the observation group were added thalidomide on the basis of the observation group,the basic dosage was 100 mg/d,every evening meal,then 50 mg was added every week until the dosage was 200 mg/d,maintained the dosage for 6 months.The clinical effects and side-reactions were observed.Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 83.9%,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05） compared to the control group（53.6%）;there was no case in each group was found significantly damage of liver,kidney or bone marrow inhibit,other side-reactions were disappeared after treatment.Conclusion： The clinical effects of thalidomide combined with VAD scheme jointly in treatment of multiple myeloma is better and the adverse reactions were less.It is worth to promote clinically.
