| 摘 要： | 目的：建立去伤片中异秦皮啶含量的测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法,phenomenex Gemini 4μ C18色谱柱（250mm×4.60mm,4μm）,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸（20∶80）,流速为1.2ml/min,检测波长为344nm。结果：异秦皮啶浓度在1.10～52.80μg/ml范围内与峰面积线性关系良好（r=1.000）,平均回收率为100.43%,RSD=2.70%（n=9）。结论：用高效液相色谱法测定去伤片中异秦皮啶的含量,操作简便,结果准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a method for determination of isofraxidin in Qushang tablets.Methods： HPLC method was adopted and a phenomenex Gemini 4μC18 （250 mm×4.60 mm,4 μm） was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid （20∶80）.The flow rate was 1.2 ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 344 nm.Results： The calibration curve of isofraxidin was linear in the range of 1.10-52.80 μg/ml （r=1.000）,the average recovery rate was 100.43% with RSD 2.70%.Conclusion： The method is simple,the result is accurate.It can be used for quantity control of Qushang tablets. |
