摘    要:高血压是一种病因不明、并发症严重的多因素疾病。由于这种疾病的复杂性,大多数原发性高血压的发病机理仍然未知。嘌呤受体信号通路在多种疾病中起关键作用,构成一个无处不在的细胞间通讯系统,几乎所有嘌呤受体都在心血管系统的细胞上表达。根据现有的研究结果和推测,肯定了部分嘌呤受体亚型在血压调节中的作用,但了解的知识仍然有限。随着对嘌呤受体病理生理学认识日益加深,嘌呤受体化合物也正在被开发用于治疗高血压。现就嘌呤受体对血压的调节和最新的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Hypertension is a multi-factor disease with unknown etiology and serious complications. Due to the complexity of this disease, the pathogenesis of most patients with essential hypertension is still unknown. A large body of evidence shows that the purinoceptor signaling pathway plays a key role in a variety of diseases and constitutes a ubiquitous intercellular communication system. Almost all purinoceptors are expressed on the cells of the cardiovascular system. Some purine receptor subtypes has been confirmed in blood pressure regulation according to the existing research results and conjectures, but the knowledge is still limited. With the increasing understanding of the pathophysiology of purinoceptors, purine receptor compounds are also being developed for the treatment of hypertension. Therefore, the article summarizes the effects of purinoceptors on blood pressure and the latest research developments.
