| 摘 要： | 慢性阻塞性肺疾病由于其患病人数多、病死率高、社会经济负担重,已成为一个全球性的公共卫生问题,由慢性阻塞性肺疾病导致的肺动脉高压、肺源性心脏病、心力衰竭等严重威胁患者生命健康及生活质量。若能及时防治,并有效控制病情、减缓疾病进展,可提高生活质量。现就慢性阻塞性肺疾病相关肺动脉高压的发病机制、临床表现、诊断及治疗等做一综述。

| Abstract: | Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)has become a global public health problem due to its large number of patients, high mortality rate and heavy social and economic burden. Pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary heart disease and heart failure caused by COPD seriously threaten life health and quality of life of patients. The quality of life can be improved if the disease can be controlled in time, effectively controlled and slowed down. This article reviews the pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of COPD associated pulmonary hypertension. |
