金匮肾气丸汤联合穴位敷贴对支气管哮喘非急性发作期的临床疗效

目的 分析支气管哮喘非急性发作期内金匮肾气丸汤联合穴位敷贴的临床治疗价值。方法 选取2019年9月至2021年10月南阳油田总医院的76例支气管哮喘非急性发作期病例,根据治疗方法分为对照组与观察组,各38例。对照组在常规西医药治疗同时用金匮肾气丸汤治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合穴位敷贴治疗。观察两组疗效、肺功能参数以及中医证候积分等指标。结果 治疗后,观察组总有效率（97.37%）高于对照组（84.21%）,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组肺功能参数中的第1秒用力呼气容积（forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1）、第1秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量比值（forced expiratory volume in the first second/forced vital capacity,FEV1/FVC）、呼气峰值流速（peak expiratory flow,PEF）上升幅度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组中医证候评分及总积分降幅大于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 金匮肾气丸汤联合穴位敷贴治疗非急性发作期内的支气管哮喘疗效显著,有利于改善患者的肺功能和临床症状。

Clinical effect of Jinkui Shenqi Pill Decoction combined with acupoint application on non-acute bronchial asthma

Objective To analyze the clinical value of Jinkui Shenqi Pill Decoction combined with acupoint application in non-acute bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 76 cases of non-acute bronchial asthma in Nanyang Oilfield General Hospital from September 2019 to October 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group, 38 cases in each group according to different treatment measures. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine + Jinkui Shenqi Pill Decoction, and the observation group was treated with conventional western medicine + Jinkui Shenqi Pill Decoction combined with acupoint application. The curative effect, lung function parameters and traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）syndrome score were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 97.37% in the observation group and 84.21% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The pulmonary function parameters in the observation group were the forced expiratory volume in the first second （FEV1） and the ratio of forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity （FEV1/FVC） and peak expiratory flow （PEF） were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The decrease of TCM syndrome score and total score in the observation group was greater than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Jinkui Shenqi Pill Decoction combined with acupoint application can significantly improve the curative effect, improve the lung function and clinical symptoms of patients with bronchial asthma in non-acute attack period, and has high clinical application value.
