| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨金因肽联合改良负压封闭引流术(vacuum sealing drainage, VSD)治疗难愈性创面的疗效及对创面组织相关生长因子、美观满意度的影响。方法 选取难愈性创面患者94例，依据简单随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组，各47例。常规处理基础上对照组采取改良VSD治疗，研究组在对照组基础上采取金因肽，共治疗14 d。统计两组治疗效果、治疗7 d、14 d后创面疼痛评分(visual analogue scale/score, VAS)、治疗前及治疗14 d后创面组织相关生长因子血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF)、表皮生长因子(epidermal growth factor, EGF)]水平、并发症发生率、美观满意度。结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组治疗7 d、14 d后VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后，两组VEGF、EGF水平较治疗前增高，且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组美观满意度...
