延安高校在校大学生艾滋病相关知识调查

摘    要:
目的 了解在校大学生对艾滋病相关知识的知晓及需求情况,为高校开展艾滋病健康教育提供参考依据。方法 采用分层整群抽样方法,抽取2020年1月至3月延安大学和延安职业技术学院各年级不同专业在校大学生3 105人进行艾滋病认知状况问卷调查。结果 男女生对知识①、③、④、⑥、⑦的知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同年龄学生对知识①~⑦的知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),不同来源地学生对知识①、③、④的知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同专业学生对知识①~④、⑥、⑦的知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);男女生对艾滋病的传播途径①、③~④以及艾滋病母婴传播的方式①~②、“与艾滋病病毒感染者及艾滋病人(people living with HIV/AIDS,PLWHA)拥抱、握手是否传染艾滋病”的知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同年龄学生对艾滋病的传播途径①~④以及艾滋病母婴传播的方式①~③、“与PLWHA拥抱、握手是否传染艾滋病”“血液传输有可能感染艾滋病,您会去义务献血吗?”的知晓率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),不同来源地学生对“与PLWHA拥抱、握手是否传染艾滋病”的知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同专业学生对艾滋病的传播途径①~④以及艾滋病母婴传播的方式①~③、“与PLWHA拥抱、握手是否传染艾滋病”“血液传输有可能感染艾滋病,您会去义务献血吗?”的知晓率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 大学生仍缺乏对艾滋病相关知识的正确认知,高校应重视并且加强艾滋病健康教育工作。

Investigation of AIDS-related knowledge by college students in Yan'an colleges and universities

Abstract:
Objective To understand the knowledge and demand of AIDS related knowledge among college students, and to provide reference for AIDS health education in colleges and universities.Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 3 105 college students of different majors in Yan'an University and Yan'an Vocational and Technical College from January to March 2020 to conduct a questionnaire survey on their AIDS cognitive status.Results There was a statistically significant difference in the awareness rate of knowledge ①, ③, ④, ⑥, and ⑦ among boys and girls (P<0.05), and there was a statistically significant difference in the awareness rate of knowledge ①~⑦ among students of different ages (P<0.001). There was a statistically significant difference in the awareness rate of knowledge ①, ③, and ④ among students from the source area (P<0.05), and there was a statistically significant difference in the awareness rate of knowledge ①~④, ⑥, and ⑦ among students from different majors (P<0.001). There was a statistically significant difference between male and female students on the transmission routes of AIDS ①, ③~④, the way of mother-to-child transmission of AIDS ①~②, “whether hugging and shaking hands with people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) to transmit AIDS” (P<0.05). The transmission routes of AIDS among students of different ages ①~④ and the ways of mother-to-child transmission of AIDS ①~③, “Whether AIDS is transmitted by hugging and shaking hands with PLWHA”“blood transmission may be infected with AIDS, will you volunteer to donate blood?” The difference in awareness rate was statistically significant (P<0.001). There was a statistically significant difference in the awareness rate of “whether hugging and shaking hands with PLWHA to infect AIDS” among students from different origins (P<0.05). The transmission routes of AIDS among students from different majors ①~④ and the ways of mother-to-child transmission of AIDS ①~③, “Whether hugging and shaking hands with PLWHA infects AIDS”“blood transmission may infect AIDS, will you volunteer to donate blood”? The difference in awareness rate was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion College students still lack the correct cognition of AIDS-related knowledge. Colleges and universities should pay attention to and strengthen AIDS health education.
