Effect of Lidan Paishi Decoction and acupoint acupuncture combined with laparoscopic on patients with cholelithiasis and cholecystitis

Objective To explore the effect of combined Lidan Paishi Decoction and acupuncture intervention on the basis of laparoscopic surgery for patients with cholelithiasis complicated with cholecystitis, and the effect on immune function and complications. Methods A total of 80 patients with cholelithiasis complicated with cholecystitis in Tongchuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the treatment method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery, while the observation group was treated with Lidan Paishi Decoction combined with acupuncture for 1 month on the basis of surgical treatment. The treatment effect, biliary tract indexes, immune indexes and inflammatory factors were observed in the two groups, and the postoperative complications were recorded during the 3-month follow-up. Results The total efficiency （95.00%） of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （77.50%） （P<0.05）； the levels of serum indirect bilirubin （IBIL）, calcium ion （Ca²⁺）, C-reactive protein （CRP）, and interleukin-6 （IL-6） in serum at 1 month after operation were lower than those before operation, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group. The total bile acid （TBA） was higher than that before operation, and the observation group was higher than the control group； CD3⁺, CD4⁺, CD4⁺/CD8⁺ T lymphocyte in each group were lower than those before operation, and CD8⁺ T lymphocyte was higher, and the change in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group； The postoperative complications in the observation group （5.00%） were significantly lower than that in the control group （22.50%）, and the above differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Lidan Paishi Decoction and acupuncture combined with laparoscopic surgery have a good effect in the treatment of cholelithiasis complicated with cholecystitis, and can effectively improve the biliary function and relieve the inflammatory response of patients, with little impact on the immune function of patients, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
