环状RNA CDR1as在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的：探讨环状RNA(circRNA)CDR1as在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法：收集2018年6月至2019年9月在温州医科大学附属第三医院甲乳外科行手术切除的97例乳腺癌患者，采用实时定量聚合酶链反应（RT-q PCR）检测乳腺癌组织及其癌旁正常乳腺组织中circRNA CDR1as的表达情况。结果：与正常乳腺组织相比，在乳腺癌组织中circRNA CDR1as表达升高（P<0.05）；与乳腺导管原位癌相比，乳腺浸润性导管癌中circRNA CDR1as表达升高（P<0.05）;circRNA CDR1as在不同乳腺癌的大小、淋巴结转移情况及临床分期表达差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：circ RNA CDR1as可能与乳腺癌的大小、淋巴结转移情况及临床分期有关。

Expression of circRNA CDR1as in breast cancer and its clinical significance

Objective: To investigate the expression of circRNA CDR1as in breast cancer tissues and its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics. Methods: A total of 97 breast cancer patients who underwent surgical resection from June 2018 to September 2019 were collected from the Department of Thyroid and Breast Surgery of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University. The expression of circRNA CDR1as in breast cancer tissues and adjacent normal breast tissues was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results:The expression of circRNA CDR1as was increased in breast cancer tissues compared with normal breast tissues (P<0.05). The expression of circRNA CDR1as was increased in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast compared to ductal carcinoma in situ (P<0.05). The expression of circRNA CDR1as in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast showed significant difference in size, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage (P<0.05). Conclusion:The expression of circRNA CDR1as in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast is related to the size, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage.
