肾病综合征患者激素相关知识认知调查

目的　探讨肾病综合征患者对激素药物的疗效、副作用、注意事项的认知情况。方法　采用自行设计的问卷对 12 6例肾病综合征且正在使用糖皮质激素治疗的患者进行激素相关知识认知情况调查。结果　不同年龄、不同文化程度的患者在激素的治疗作用、副作用、注意事项三方面认知程度高低不一 ,31～ 4 5岁年龄段、小学及以下文化程度的患者为认知的弱势人群。结论　医护人员应采取多种形式进行针对性、全面性、渗透性的健康教育 ,以减少、减轻激素药物的副作用 ,提高治疗质量。

The Relevant Knowledge Investigation of Syndrome Patient's Hormone of Kidney Disease

Conclusions The medical personnel should adopt the health education that the various forms carry on pertinence, comprehensive, permeability, in order to the side effect of reducing, lightening the hormone medicine, improve the result of treatment.
