脐血对重型肝炎患者血小板功能的影响

目的　探讨用脐静脉血治疗重肝患者难与血小板功能低下的临床价值。方法　用一次性塑料采血袋密闭式采血法收集健康足月顺产的胎盘脐静脉血 ,ACD抗凝 ,送检HBsAg、抗HCV IgM、抗HIV、KT及细菌培养 ,阴性者为合格脐血 ,进行交叉配血 ,经静脉输注给同血型的重肝患者。治疗组 2周内输注脐血 8单位 ;对照组 2周内输注同量新鲜血两组综合治疗相同。观察治疗前后两组病人红细胞、白细胞和血小板功能 4项指标 :血小板计数、平均血小板体积、血小板压积和血小板分布宽度 (PLT、MPV、PCT及PDW )。结果　脐血移植后治疗组的血小板功能指标与对照组对比 ,有统计学差异。结论　脐血可改善血小板功能低下 ,有良好的临床治疗作用。

The effect of umbilical cord blood on platelet function of severe hepatitis

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of ambilical cord blood transplantion on patients with severe hepatitis.Methods Forty six patients with severe hepatitis were included in the study between March 2000 and March 2002.The patients were treated with adult blood transfusion 8 u(control) and umbilical cord blood transplantation as much in two weeks respectively.The blood is screened for HBsAg,anti-hcv-IgM,anti-HIV and bacteria culture.The therapeutic effectiveness was evaluated by serial determinations of red blood cell,white blood cell and platelet function performed PLT,MPV,PCT and PDW before and after the treatment.Results The patients in experimental group showed significant improvement in platelet function than control group.Conclusion The umbilical cord blood can improve platelet function,uhich is a better therapeutic effect in clinical on severe hepatitis.
