摘    要:艰难梭菌为革兰阳性厌氧芽孢杆菌,可引起艰难梭菌相关性腹泻(CDAD),导致一系列的肠道感染症状。CDAD的发病率在全球范围内不断提高,尤其是高产毒株在北美地区造成了医院内的暴发流行,引起了世界范围的关注。近年来,国外相继出现了耐甲硝唑和万古霉素的艰难梭菌的报道,传统的治疗方法面临严重挑战,一些新的治疗方法应运而生。本文将对CDAD的治疗方法及其进展做一简要综述。

Abstract:Clostridium difficile, a gram-positive anaerobic spore-forming bacillus, commonly caused Clostridium difficile associated diarrhea (CDAD), and leaded to a series of intestinal infection symptoms. The globally increasing incidence of CDAD, especially the outbreak of nosocomial infection caused by the hypervirulent strain in North America, arouse worldwide attention. In recent years, some reports for metronidazole and vancomycin-resistance in Clostridiumdifficile have been appeared. So the traditional treatment methods were facing serious challenge, meanwhile, some new therapeutic approaches had been emerged. This review would summarize the latest development on treatment options of Clostridiumdifficile.
