| 摘 要： | 用微生物法(MBA 法)和同位素法(RIA 法)对正常产妇、新生儿及正常青年妇女进行了血清叶酸(SF)和红细胞叶酸(RCF)测定,并对两种叶酸测定方法进行了比较。认为:对产妇、新生儿及正常妇女 SF 值的测定,以用 MBA 法为好;测定产妇和新生儿的 RCF 值,可用 RIA 法或 MBA法。

| Abstract: | Serum folate(SF)and red cell folate(RCF)levels were determined prospectively by the lactobacillus casei miorobiological assay(MBA) and by radioisotope assay(RIA)in normal parturient women,newborn and normal young women.The results suggested that SF values obtained by MBA methods were significantly higher than those in the normal parturient women,newborns and young women.The RCF values deter- mined by MBA methods were lower than those measured by RIA method in the newhorns and their mothers,but there was no significant diffe- rence between the RCF levels measured by both methods in the contrlo group. Authors suggested that SF in the newborns and their mothers should be determined by MBA method,and RCF in the newborns and their mothers can be determined by MBA or RIA methods. |
