伊班膦酸钠联合钙尔奇D治疗老年女性骨质疏松症32例疗效观察

目的 探讨伊班膦酸钠联合钙尔奇D治疗老年女性骨质疏松症的疗效。方法对32例老年女性骨质疏松患者进行自身前后对照研究。患者年龄60～85（平均71±8．3）岁，每日服钙尔奇D0．6g，每隔3个月静脉滴注1次伊班磷酸钠2mg，疗程12个月，对比治疗前后的骨密度变化。结果治疗12个月后，患者腰椎、股骨颈、大转子及ward’s三角骨密度显著增加（均P〈0．001），增幅分别达6．6％、2．4％、2．3％及3．5％。结论伊班磷酸钠联合钙尔奇D治疗老年女性骨质疏松症有效且使用方便。

Observations of therapeutic effects of ibandronate combined with calcium in 32 patients with osteoporosis in elderly women

Objective To observe the effect of ibandronate combined with calcium in the treatment of osteoporosis in elderly women. Methods 32 elderly women,aged 60 -85 years old with osteoporosis,took calcium 0. 6g/d and received ibandronate 2 mg every 3 month for 12 months. Bone mineral density（BMD） was measured before and after treatment. Results BMD at lumbar,neck,trochanter sites and Ward＇s were increased by 6.6% ,2.4% ,2.3% and 3.5%, respectivdy（ P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusions Ibandronate combined with calcium is an effective and Convenient medication for osteoporosis in elderly women.
