高原军人抑郁及其相关因素调查

目的了解高原军人抑郁状况及相关因素.方法采用抑郁自评量表、自动思维问卷、简易应对方式问卷、青少年生活事件量表、社会支持评定量表和艾森克个性问卷对267名高原军人进行测评.结果抑郁检出率51.56%;抑郁与自动思维、消极应对、生活事件、精神质和神经质呈显著正相关,与积极应对、社会支持和内外向呈显著负相关;多因素回归分析表明:自动思维、积极应对、消极应对、生活事件、社会支持、精神质、内外向和神经质对高原军人抑郁均有预测性,其中生活事件、神经质、积极应对和内外向直接影响抑郁,自动思维、精神质、社会支持和消极应对间接导致抑郁.结论高原军人抑郁发生率较高,对高原军人抑郁的发生,自动思维、积极应对、消极应对、生活事件、社会支持、精神质、内外向和神经质均有预测力.

Depression status and its related factors in soldiers at high altitude areas

Objective To explore depression and its related factors in soldiers at high altitude areas. Methods A total of 267 soldiers at high altitude areas were investigated with the self-rating depression scale, the automatic thoughts questionnaire, simplified coping style questionnaire, adolescent self-rating life events, social support evaluation scale, and Eysenck personality questionnaire. Results The rate of depression was 51.56%. Depression was positively correlated with automatic thoughts, negative coping, life events, psychoticism, and neuroticism but negatively with coping, social support, and extrovision. Multiple regression analysis showed that automatic thoughts, positive coping, negative coping, life events, social support, psychoticism, extrovision, and neuroticism had predictive value for depression. Life events, neuroticism, positive coping, and extrovision affected the levels of depression directly while automatic thoughts, psychoticism, social support and negative coping aggravated depression indirectly. Conclusion The occurrence of depression in soldiers at high altitude areas is high. Automatic thoughts, positive coping, negative coping, life events, social support, psychoticism, extrovision, and neuroticism are of predictive value for depression.
