金元时期脏腑辨证学说发展特点研究*

金元时期脏腑辨证学说经张元素总结发展成为完备的辨证论治体系。刘完素的脏腑病机论、李呆的“脾胃论”、朱丹溪的“相火论”等丰富了对各脏腑病机病证的认识。当时的理学、道教从方法论的高度深刻影响了各家对脏腑病机病证的认识，他们从不同角度各抒己见，将脏腑辨证的方法普遍运用于临证各科。

Research on Developmental Characteristic of ZANG-fu Differentiation Theory in the Period of Jin and Yuan Dynasty

In the Jin and Yuan dynasty, ZANG-fu organ differentiation theory expanded into an intact system with syndrome differentiation by the summarized work of ZHANG Yuan-su. The recognition on each pathogensis and syndrome of ZANG-fu organ had been enriched by the theory of ZANG-fu organ pathgenesis by LIU Wan-su, spleen and stomach theory by LI Gao, ministerial fire theory by ZHU Dan-xi, etc. In the methodology, the ethics and Taoism at that time gave marked effect on the recognition for ZANG-fu organ pathogensis and syndrome. They applied ZANG-fu organ syndrome differentiation in each clinical department with their own viewpoint.
