| 摘 要： | 目的探讨牙齿震荡（concussion of the teeth）后牙髓有活力根尖周炎（periapical Periodontitis）的机制。方法1999-2003年收集了29例32颗牙齿震荡后牙髓有活力的根尖周炎患牙进行临床回顾性研究。结果牙齿震荡后牙髓有活力根尖周炎的发生与牙位和受外伤的年龄有关。结论牙齿震荡后牙髓有活力的根尖周炎多见于年轻恒牙和上前牙。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To study the mechanism of periapical perriodontitis with vital pulp after dental concussion. [Methods] 32 teeth diagnosed as periapical periodontitis with vital pulp after dental concussion in 29 patients, who visited the department stomatology of Xiangya Hospital from 1999 to 2003, were collected and studied by means of available routine data-sets analysis. [Results] The occurance of periapical periodontitis with vital pulp after dental concussion is related to dental site and age when patients were injured. [Conclusion] It happens mainly in apper anterior teeth espically in yunger permanent anterior teeth. |
