摘    要:目的 :探讨血管内皮细胞损伤、一氧化氮、脂质过氧化在小儿肺炎心衰发生中的作用。方法 :检测肺炎心衰患儿循环内皮细胞 (CEC)数目、亚硝酸盐 /硝酸盐 (N0 2 -/NO3 -)及丙二醛 (MDA)含量 ,并与肺炎组比较。结果 :肺炎心衰组患儿CEC、N0 2 -/NO3 -、MDA均显著性高于肺炎组患儿 ,且CEC与N0 2 -/NO3 -、MDA呈显著性正相关。结论 :血管内皮细胞 (VEC)损伤、一氧化氮 (NO)生成过多、脂质过氧化参与了肺炎心衰发生的病理生理机制

Abstract:Objective: To study the role of the injuried vessel endothelial cells(VEC), nitric oxide and lipid peroxidation in pneumonia complicated with heart failure in children. Methods: Circulating endothelial cells(CEC), nitrite and nitrate(N0 2 -/NO 3 -) and malonyldiadedyde(MDA) levels were detected in 30 patients with pneumonia complicated with heart failure, and compared with the levels of 30 patients with pneumonia. Results: The levels of CEC,N0 2 -/NO 3 - and MDA were significantly higher in pneumonia complicated with heart failure than that in pneumonia. A significant linear relationship was found between the number of CEC and the levels of N0 2 -/NO 3 - and MDA in pneumon complicated with heart failure. Conclusion: The impairment of VEC, the luxuriant production of NO and Lipid peroxidation play a important role in the pathopysiology of congestive heart failure.
