深圳地区荨麻疹患儿血清过敏原特异性IgE的检测分析

目的探讨深圳地区儿童荨麻疹的发生与过敏原之间的关系：方法采用过敏原体外检测试剂盒对417例荨麻疹患儿进行血清过敏原特异性IgE的检测.结果351例（84．17％）患儿过敏原筛查阳性，其中172例（41．25％）患儿对2项或2项以上过敏原过敏；吸入组主要对粉尘螨、屋尘、点青霉等真菌及夏季花草过敏，且对粉尘螨、屋尘、点青霉等真菌过敏的阳性率随年龄增长而增高；食物组主要对鱼类、虾、蟹、贝及菇粪过敏，且对鱼类、虾、蟹、贝过敏的阳性率随着年龄增长而下降.结论深圳地区患儿荨麻疹的发生与过敏原有密切关系．粉尘螨、霉菌、夏车花草、海鲜及菇类是深圳地区荨麻疹患儿常见的病因．

Analysis of serum allergen-specifie IgE in urticaria children in Shenzhen
