| 摘 要： | 目的探讨非脱垂子宫经阴道子宫全切除术（TVH）的可行性。方法对2008年10月—2009年3月天津市津南区小站医院78例因子宫疾病行子宫切除术患者的临床资料进行分析,其中37例行TVH,41例行经腹全子宫切除术（TAH）,对比分析两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后最高温度、术后住院时间、术后疼痛程度等。结果两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后最高温度、术后住院时间、术后疼痛程度等比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论TVH与TAH相比具有手术时间短、出血少、术后排气时间短、术后疼痛程度轻等优点,值得推广。
