| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药明目治网方治疗中心性浆液性视网膜病变的疗效。方法：对102例中心性浆液性视网膜病变病例进行随机分组，分中药治疗组56例和西药对照组46例，分别应用纯中药明目治网方与西药治疗，并对视力、眼底、眼底荧光血管动态造影作临床观察。结果：治疗组疗效较好且疗程较短。治疗组总有效率96．43％，对照组82．62％，二组差异有显著性意义（P＜0．01）。结论：提示中药明目治网I号方、明目治疗Ⅱ号方治疗中浆有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine called “Eye-Brighter” on patients with central serous retinopathy (CSR).Methods：102 patients with CSR were randomly divided into two groups: Group A (56 cases) was treated with “Eye-Brighter” and Group B (46 cases) was treated with Western medicine. Visual acuity, retinal appearance and FFA were clinically measured in all the patients.Results：Group A had a much higher cure rate of 96.43% (compared to 82.62% for Group B)(P<0.01) and a shorter period of recovery.Conclusion：The study shows that the traditional Chinese medicine treatment called “Eye-Brighter” can improve the treatment of CSR. |
