| 摘 要： | 目的通过检测胃癌高、低发区居民头发中的化学元素含量,探讨化学元素与胃癌的关系。方法随机抽取福建省胃癌高、低发区年龄在50~65岁范围的常住居民,其中高发区长乐市103人,低发区福安市102人,取后枕部头发2 g为检测样本,采用等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)和原子荧光光谱法(AFS)测试,采用非参数秩和检验对数据进行分析。结果胃癌高发区健康居民头发中Co、Hg、Mn、Ni、Se、Sr、Cu、Zn、Sn 9种元素显著高于低发区(P<0.05);而As、Mo元素含量显著低于胃癌低发区(P<0.05);Ba、Cd、Cr、Pb、Fe在两地健康居民头发中含量差异无统计学意义。结论微量元素在高、低发区居民体内的负荷存在差异,体内As、Mo含量高可能对胃癌低发区居民起到保护作用。
