金线兰属10种药用植物UPLC指纹图谱及6种黄酮类成分含量测定

摘    要:目的 建立金线兰属10种药用植物超高效液相色谱(UPLC)指纹图谱及6种黄酮类成分的含量测定方法,为其质量控制提供参考。方法 采用UPLC法建立金线兰属10种药用植物的指纹图谱并进行相似度分析,通过UPLC法测定不同来源金线兰属植物中6种黄酮类成分的含量。结果 台湾银线兰、南丹金线兰的指纹图谱与金线兰对照指纹图谱有明显差异,其余金线兰属植物的指纹图谱与金线兰对照指纹图谱的差异不大。含量测定结果表明,除了台湾银线兰,其余金线兰属植物中水仙苷的含量最高。结论 所建立的UPLC指纹图谱及多成分含量测定方法可用于金线兰与台湾银线兰、南丹金线兰的鉴别,但不能用于区分金线兰与其余金线兰属植物,研究结果可为金线兰属药用植物质量控制、品质评价以及寻找金线莲的替代资源提供参考。

Abstract:Objective To established a method for the UPLC fingerprints and constituent determination of six flavonoids in ten Anoectochilus species, and provide reference for their quality control. Methods The UPLC fingerprint of ten medicinal plants of Anoectochilus species were established and similarity evaluation and content determination of six flavonoids in different sources of Anoectochilus species were conducted. Results There is a significant difference in the fingerprint of A. formosanus and A. nandanensis compared to the control fingerprint of Anoectochilus roxburghii,but there was no significant difference between the fingerprints of other Anoectochilus species.The content determination results showed that. the content of Narcissin is highest of the six flavonoids in ten Anoectochilus species, except for A. formosanus. Conclusion The established UPLC fingerprint and multi-component determination method could identify the A. nandanensis and Anoectochilus roxburghii, A. formosanus and Anoectochilus roxburghii, but could not distinguish the Anoectochilus roxburghii and other Anoectochilus species.The research results can provide reference for quality control, quality evaluation, and the search for alternative resources for the medicinal plants of Anoectochilus species.
