急诊绿色通道模式下一站式护理服务在静脉溶栓急性脑梗死患者救护中的应用观察

目的 探讨急诊绿色通道模式下一站式护理服务在静脉溶栓急性脑梗死(ACI)患者中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2021年1月～2022年1月就诊的ACI患者87例,根据护理方法不同分为研究组(n=44)和常规组(n=43)。常规组实施常规治疗,研究组在常规组基础上联合急诊绿色通道模式下一站式护理服务,比较两组抢救效率、溶栓相关指标就诊-应用静脉溶栓药时间(DNT)时间、DNT达标率]、救治结局、患者家属满意度。结果 与常规组比较,研究组CT检查时间、缴费时间、标本送检时间、静脉通道开通时间、DNT时间、住院时间较短(P＞0.05)；研究组DNT达标率70.45%较常规组43.18%高,家属护理满意度95.45%较常规组79.07%高；48h病死率、再发率组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论 急诊绿色通道模式下一站式护理服务可缩短静脉溶栓ACI患者的救治时间,降低并发症发生风险,从而促进病情康复,提升家属护理满意度。

Application observation of one-stop nursing service in emergency green channel mode in the rescue of patients with acute cerebral infarction by intravenous thrombolysis

Objective To explore the application effect of one-stop nursing service in emergency green channel mode in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI) by intravenous thrombolysis. Methods A total of 87 ACI patients who visited our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected and divided into study group (n=44) and routine group (n=43) according to different nursing methods. The routine group was given routine treatment, and the research group combined with the one-stop nursing service under the emergency green channel model on the basis of the routine group, the rescue efficiency, thrombolysis-related indicators diagnosis - application of intravenous thrombolytic drugs (DNT) time, DNT compliance rate], treatment outcome, hospitalization time, and patient family satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the routine group, the CT examination time, payment time, specimen delivery time, venous channel opening time, DNT time, and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter (P>0.05); The DNT compliance rate of the study group was 70.45% higher than that of the conventional group (43.18%), the nursing satisfaction of family members was 95.45% higher than that of the conventional group (79.07%), and the complication rate of 0.00 was lower than that of the conventional group (13.95%) (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the 48-hour mortality rate and recurrence rate between the groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The one-stop nursing service under the emergency green channel mode can shorten the treatment time of intravenous thrombolytic ACI patients, reduce the risk of complications, thus promote the recovery of the disease and improve the nursing satisfaction of family members.
