摘    要:目的 进行苗药水蓼及其易混品荭草、丛枝蓼的形态特征、性状和显微鉴别研究。方法 将水蓼及其易混品标本与文献记载形态特征比较,并进行药材性状及根、茎、叶及种子的显微鉴别。结果 水蓼及其易混品各药用部位在不同文献中描述的株高、叶片大小、花期、果期差异较大;药材性状及根、茎、叶、种子的显微特征明显。结论 水蓼及其易混品可用形状特征、性状及显微进行鉴别,为临床用药、质量标准制修订和进一步开发利用提供了鉴别依据。

Abstract:Objective The morphological characteristics, medicinal properties and microscopic identification of Polygonum hydropiper and its adulterants, Polygonum orientale and Polygonum posumbu were studied.Methods The morphological characteristics of Polygonum hydropiper and its easily mixed samples were compared with those recorded in the literature, and the microscopic identification of root, stem, leaf and seed of Polygonum hydropiper and adulterants were carried out.Results The plant height, leaf size, florescence and fruit stage of Polygonum hydropiper and its adulterants in different literatures are quite different; the characteristics of medicinal materials and the microscopic characteristics of roots, stems, leaves and seeds are obvious.Conclusion Polygonum Hydropiper and its adulterants can be identified by shape characteristics, medicinal properties and microscopy, which provides a basis for clinical medication, quality standard formulation and further development and utilization.
