复正胶囊治疗多发脑梗死痴呆的临床观察

目的：观察复正胶囊对多发脑梗死痴呆的治疗作用。方法：60例患者随机分为两组，治疗组31例口服复正胶囊治疗，对照组29例口服喜得镇治疗，连服2个月。结果：临床总有效率治疗组67．74％，对照组41．37％，两组比较，有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。治疗组两种痴呆量表积分明显升高，血液流变学多项异常增高值下降，脑血流量有所增加，分别与治疗前及对照组比较，均有非常显著性差异（P＜0．01）。结论：复正胶囊对多发脑梗死痴呆具有较好的治疗作用。

Clinical Observation of Fuzheng Capsule on Dementia Caused by Multi Cerebral Infarction

purpose: To study the curative effects of Fuzheng Capsule on dernentia caused bymulti cerebral infarction. Methods: 60 cases were tandomly divided into 2 groups with 31cases treated with the oral administration of Fuzheng Capsule and 29 with Hydergine. Onecourse of treatment lasted 30 days and two coures were mpired without any interVal. Re-sults: The total clinical effective rate was 67. 74% in the treatment group and 41 .33% inthe contro group with the significant difference between the groups(P < 0. 05). driparedwith the control group and the condition before the treatment, the two different dementiastates were improved obviously, some abnormal values in blood rheology decreased and thecerebral blood flow increased in the treatment group with the significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusions: Fucheng Capsule plays a good effective role in the treament of demen-tia caused by multi cerebral infarction.
