包头市学龄前儿童呼吸道疾病调查

对包头市６７０名学前儿童感冒，咽炎，鼻炎，肺炎，气管炎，鼻窦炎，支气管哮喘，扁桃体炎８种呼吸道疾病的发病情况进行了调查。学龄前儿童８种呼吸道疾病总发病率３４４．０％，患感冒最多，占总发病人次的７３．５％，其次是咽炎８．６％，气管炎８．０％，感冒与其它７种呼吸道疾病间存在正相关关系，住平房的儿童１呼吸道疾病发病率高于住楼房的儿童。住房面积小的儿童呼吸道疾病发病率高于住房面积大的儿童。父母患呼吸道疾病

A Survey of Respiratory Tract Diseases among Preschool Children in Baotou

n investigation was conducted amogn 670 preschool children into the incidence rate ofsuch comrnon diseases as cold,pharyngitis,rhinitis,pneumonia,bronchitis,sinusitis,bronchialasthma and peritonsillitis.It is shown that the total incidence rate of these eight diseases inthis age group is 344.0%,of which incidence rate of cold is the highest,accounting for 73%of the total,pharyngitis comes the next(8.6%)and bronchitis amounts to 8. 0%;the cold ispositively related to the other seven diseases;the incidence rate of respiratory tract diseasesamong the children living in one-story houses in higher than that among those in storiedbuildings and the incidence rate among those in the house with srnall area is higher than thatamong the children in the house with larger one;the more times the parents suffer from suchdiseases,the higher the incidence rate among their children is;the incidence rate of rhinitis,sinusitis,bronchial asthma and bronchitis arnong the boys is higher than that among thegirls,however the incidence rate of pharyngitis among the boys is lower than that amonggirls;there is no difference in the incidence rate of cold between the boys and girls,and nodifference in the incidence rate of these respiratory tract diseases among different age groups.
