C-反应蛋白与前白蛋白对急诊创伤性休克患者预后的评估

目的观察急诊创伤性休克患者血清中C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)及前白蛋白(pre-albumin,PA)的变化趋势,探讨其与病情严重程度及预后的关系。方法监测50例急诊创伤性休克患者入我科后第1、3、5、7天CRP和PA水平,根据患者的预后将患者分成死亡组与非死亡组,进行统计学分析。结果死亡组及非死亡组第1天CRP和PA水平差异无统计学意义(P0.05),第3、5、7天死亡组患者CRP明显高于非死亡组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),死亡组PA明显低于非死亡组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论急诊创伤性休克患者病情越重,预后越差,CRP水平明显升高,PA水平呈持续下降。

Evaluation of the prognosis of traumatic shock patients by C-reactive protein and pre-albumin

Objective To observe the clinical data changed of serum C-reactive protein（CRP） and pre-albumin（PA）,assessing the severity and the prognosis of ER traumatic shock patients.Methods CRP and PA levels of 50 patients suffered from severe traumatic shock in ICU were measured on the 1st,3rd,5th and 7th day.According to prognosis,the patients were divided into death group and survival group.Results No significant difference was found in the levels of CRP and PA on the 1st day（P0.05）,but the levels of CRP in death group were higher than those in survival group on the 3rd,5th and 7th day（P0.05）.The levels of PA in death group was lower at the same time（P0.05）.Conclusion Continuous high level of CRP and low level of PA indicate severe disease and unfavorable prognosis of patients suffered from severe traumatic shock.
