| 摘 要： | 采用反相高效液相色谱法测定了花叶中绿原酸的含量．在ＬｉＣｈｒｏｓｐｈｅｒＲＰ－１８色谱柱（２５０ｍｍ×４ｍｍ）上以０．０１ｍｏｌ／ＬＫＨ２ＰＯ４—０．０１ｍｏｌ／ＬＨ３ＰＯ４—ＥｔＯＨ－ＥｔＯＡｃ（４２．５４２．５１０５）为流动相，检测波长２８０ｎｍ，平均加样回收率９５．５％，相对标准偏差１．３４％（ｎ＝５）．１１月采集的花叶中绿原酸含量为２．０５％．
