| 摘 要： | 目的探讨P53、PCNA在胃癌组织中的表达与胃癌生物学行为之间的相关性。方法利用组织芯片技术及免疫组化法对71例胃癌组织的P53、PCNA表达进行研究。结果胃癌组织中P53、PCNA表达的阳性率为39%和69%,PCNA与肿瘤的部位、分期、淋巴结转移及分化有变化趋势,但无显著差异。P53与肿瘤的部位及淋巴结转移密切相关（P〈0.05）,与细胞分化程度及分期无相关性。结论胃癌组织中P53、PCNA表达可能与胃癌的某些生物学行为有相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the correlation between the expressions of P53 and pro-liferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and biological behaviors of gastric carcinoma.Methods Expression of P53 and PCNA were detected in 71 cases of gastric cancer by tissue microarray and immunohistochemical staining.Results The expression rates of P53 and PCNA in gastric carcinoma were 39% and 69%.The positive expression of PCNA in cancer specimen had no relativity significance with the location of cancer,the clinical stage,the lymph node metastasis and the level of differentiation.The positive expression of P53 correlated with the lymph node metastasis and the cancer location significantly(P<0.05),but did not correlated with the clinical stage and the level of differentiation.Conclusion The positive expression of P53 and PCNA probably correlated with some biological behaviors of gastric carcinoma. |
