Tamoxifen therapy in unresectable adenocarcinoma of the pancreas |

| Abstract: | Twenty-four patients with biopsy-documented unresectable ductal adenocarcinoma of the pancreas were treated with tamoxifen. Six of 15 postmenopausal female patients had documented prolonged survival, with three living greater than 2 years. |
