摘    要:目的 探讨标本溶血对19项生化检验结果的影响。方法 采用全自动生化分析仪检测20份正常人血液标本在溶血前和溶血后血清总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、钙(Ca)、无机磷(IP)、尿酸(UA)、胆固醇(CHOL)、甘油三酯(TRI)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、葡萄糖(GLU)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、β-羟

Abstract:Objective To study the influence of sample hemolysis on the results of 19 items of biochemical tests Methods The sera from 20 normal healthy people were detected for 19 biochemical tests including total bilirubin (TBIL), direct bilirubin (DBIL), total protein (TP), albumin (ALB), calcium (Ca), inorganic phosphorus (IP), uric acid (UA), cholesterol (CHOL), triglycerides (TRI), Blood uric nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr), glucose (GLU), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) ,aspartate aminotransferase (AST), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),B- hydroxyl butyric acid dehydrogenase (B - HBDH), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), gamma glutamyltransferase (r - GT)and acid phosphatase (ACP) before and after sample hemolysis respectively. The data were treated with rank sum test statistics. Results Comparison of the results before and after hemolysis showed very significant difference in TBIL,DBIL,TP, ALB,AST,LDH,B- HBDH,UA,GLU and ACP( P <0. 01),significant difference in CHOL,TRI and IP(0.01 < P < 0.05) ;and no significant difference in Ca,BUN,Cr,ALT,ALP and r-GT( P >0.05).Conclusion Many biochemical tests are affected significantly by sample hemolysis. The possible mechanisms include the influence of either increased absorbance by highly concentrated components of erythrocytes released into the serum or dilution of the serum by erythrocytic components dissolved in serum which increases the serai volume, together with various interferences produced due to chemical reactions befween erythrocytic components and some reagents.
