电针颈夹脊穴治疗椎动脉型颈椎病62例

目的观察电针颈夹脊穴治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床疗效。方法根据症状分别取相应的夹脊穴用电针治疗（治疗组），并设推拿牵引对照组，每日1次，6次为1个疗程，疗程间休息1d，再行下1个疗程。2个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组32例，总有效率93．7％；对照组30例，总有效率76．7％，经统计学处理，2组疗效差异有统计意义（P〈0．05）。结论治疗组疗效优于对照组。

The clinical observation of 62 cases on the basis of the electric acupuncture with jiaji points in treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the electric acupuncture of jiaji points for treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods According to the symptom , set up the therapeutic group by taking the homologous jiaji points of the electric acupuncture to treat the vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. And set up the control group by using the way of massage and traction. Both the two ways of treatment were taken once daily, and it was made up of one course of treatment by six times. To recess one day between each two courses of treatment and to add up the therapeutic effect from the result of two courses. Results A total effective rate of 32 cases of the therapeutic group was 93.7 % and a total effective rate of 30 cases of the control group was 76.7%. There was a significance between the two groups by statistical treatment （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of the electric acupuncture group （ the therapeutic group） surpass the massage and traction group（ the control group）.
