| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨从化市高中生贫血患病原因并分析规律。[方法]2008年10～12月对2008学年从化市6所高中三个年级学生的血红蛋白含量进行测定。[结果]调查9155人,其中824人贫血,贫血率为9.00%。高三学生贫血率高于高一和高二,差异有统计学意义(P0.01);男生(5.49%)低于女生(12.16%),差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。女生贫血率呈逐年级攀升趋势(P0.01),高三年级者最高(16.12%);男女生的血红蛋白平均值分别为(152.12±13.32)和(134.34±13.01),男生高于女生的血红蛋白平均值(P0.01)。[结论]从化市高中女学生贫血患病率较高。应响应各级政府关于贯彻落实学生贫血综合防治方案的倡导,卫生和教育部门引导家长和学生主动参与健康监测并规范健康行为,以此促进学生健康成长。
