目的]探讨急诊外科病房开展优质护理服务的实践与效果。方法]在急诊外科病房,通过学习开展＂优质护理服务示范工程＂文件精神,提高认识,强化技能培训提高护理人员综合素质,根据急诊科室特点进行弹性排班,实行责任小组包干制并实施绩效考核制度。结果]实施后提高了病人的满意度和护理服务质量。结论]急诊外科病房实施＂优质护理服务示范工程＂,是提高病人满意度和提升护理质量的重要举措。

Practice and effect of high quality of nursing service in emergency surgical ward

To probe into the practice and effect of high quality of nursing service in emergency surgical ward. Methods. In emergency surgical ward,nursing staff learned the ＂high quality of nursing service demonstration project＂ document,the cognition was enhanced, skill training was strengthened to improve comprehensive quality of nursing staff. According to the character- istics of emergency departments, the flexible scheduling was carried out, re- sponsibility of group contract system and performance appraisal system. Re- sults .. Both the patients＂ satisfaction and nursing quality were significantly im- proved through implementing high quality of nursing service project. Conclu- sion.The implementation of high quality of nursing service demonstration pro- ject in emergency surgical ward is the important measures to effectively im- prove the patients＇satisfaction and the quality of nursin~ service.
