| Abstract: | To probe into the standardized training measures of continuing education for nurses on the job.Through the establishment of the hierarchical management training framework,the implementation of the evaluation system of vertical management,standardized training approach,a variety of training methods,systematic training content and so on,the standardized training system of continuing education was built for nurses on the job. |
