针刺配合穴位贴敷治疗失眠症的效果观察

[目的]观察针刺配合穴位贴敷治疗失眠症的效果。[方法]将40例失眠症病人随机分为对照组和观察组,每组20例,对照组采取常规针刺治疗,观察组采用常规针刺配合穴位贴敷治疗。7d为1个疗程,治疗4个疗程后,比较两组病人治疗效果。[结果]观察组总有效率为90%,对照组为80%,观察组总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]针刺配合穴位贴敷治疗失眠症疗效优于常规针刺法。

Observation on effect of acupuncture in coordination to point application to treat insomnia patients

To observe the effect of acupuncture match to point ap- plication to treat insomnia patients. Methods：A total of 40 cases of insomnia patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 20 cases in each. The control group cases accepted conventional acupuncture treatment,however, observation group patients accepted the acupuncture in coordination to point application. Seven days for a course of treatment, after four courses of treatment, the curative effect was compared between two groups. Results： The total efficiency was 95~/oo in observation group, which was higher than that of 80~ in control group（P（0. 05）. Conclusion： The curative effect of acupuncture in coordination to point application is better than that of routine acupuncture for treatment of insomnia patients.
