50%硫酸镁与冰盐水加地塞米松治疗化疗药物外渗的疗效观察

目的]观察50%硫酸镁与冰盐水100mL加地塞米松10mg治疗化疗药物外渗的效果。方法]将100例输液外渗的病人分为实验组和对照组。输液外渗后出现局部肿胀、疼痛,实验组予冰盐水100mL加地塞米松10mg湿敷;对照组予50%硫酸镁湿敷。观察病人使用药物后的疗效。结果]实验组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论]冰盐水100 mL加地塞米松10mg湿敷输液外渗效果优于50%硫酸镁湿敷。

Observation on therapeutic effect between 50 % magnesium sulfate and dexamethasone into ice saline plus for chemotherapy extravasation

Objective：To compare the effects between 50% magnesium sulfate and 10mg dexamethasone into 100mL ice saline in treatment of chemotherapy extravasation. Methods. A total of 100 patients with infusion extravasation were divided into experimental group and control group. Local swelling and pain occurred after infusion extravasation, the experimental group patients were given bydropathic compress with 10mg dexamethasone into 100mL ice saline, while hydropathie compress with 50% magnesium sulfate for control group cases, then to observe therapeutic effects. Results. The therapeutic effect of experimental group was prior to that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion. The therapeutic effect of bydropatbic compress with 10mg dexamethasone into 100mL ice saline is prior to that of 50% magnesium sulfate.
